50% Buyback Policy – Silver Jewellery
At Savi Jewel, we value your trust and offer a transparent 50% buyback policy on all silver jewellery purchases. Please read the detailed terms below:
1. Eligibility
- The buyback policy is valid for 1 year from the date of purchase, as mentioned on your invoice.
- Only products purchased directly from Savi Jewel are eligible.
2. Buyback Value
- Customers will receive 50% of the original invoice value of the jewellery.
- The amount will be provided as store credit (wallet balance) only.
- Store credit is valid for 365 days from the date of issue and can be redeemed on any future purchase at Savi Jewel.
- No cash refunds will be provided.
3. Condition of Jewellery
- Jewellery must be returned in fine, resalable condition.
- Items that are broken, damaged, altered, missing parts, or showing signs of misuse will not qualify for buyback.
- Our quality team will conduct a thorough inspection before approving the buyback.
4. Shipping & Returns
- Customers are required to self-ship the jewellery to our store address at their own cost and responsibility.
- We strongly recommend using a secure and insured courier service to avoid loss or damage during transit.
- Savi Jewel will not be liable for items lost or damaged during return shipping.
5. Processing
- Once the returned jewellery is received and passes quality checks, the store credit will be issued within 7 working days.
- Customers will receive confirmation via email/SMS once the credit is added to their wallet.
6. Additional Notes
- This policy is not applicable to customized or specially crafted jewellery pieces.
- The buyback policy cannot be clubbed with other promotional offers or exchange programs.
- Savi Jewel reserves the right to amend or withdraw the buyback policy at any time without prior notice.
